Karen E. Wilson, MS, RD, CSP has worked in pediatric nutrition and nutrition support for over ten years, specializing in children with special health care needs and pediatric feeding disorders. She has worked at Children's Hospital Los Angeles University Center for Excellence in Disabilities, completing interdisciplinary and leadership training for CSHCN (LEND) and served as the LEND clinical services coordinator. She also has experience providing nutrition consultation and coordination within California Children's Services medical therapy units (MTUs), and has precepted both short and long term nutrition interns. She received her Master's Degree in Nutritional Sciences and completed a coordinated dietetic program at California State University, Los Angeles. She loves to work with children who receive nutrition support and with tube feeding transitions.
