Hallie is a Developmental Interventionist at PCDA. While she was an undergraduate, she worked for Riverside Unified School district as a Special Education Instructional Aide. Hallie also has a background in American Sign Language and has used her sign language to communicate with both deaf/hard of hearing individuals as well as with infants and non-verbal children.
