Daryl Heater, BA, MT-BC
Daryl Heater, B.M., MT-BC received her bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from the University of Miami. After moving to Los Angeles, she decided to continue to expand her knowledge through attending a Master of Arts program in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University. Prior to joining PCDA, Daryl worked for several years in a private developmental enrichment program, working with families, infants, toddlers and teenagers. Her role included Music Therapist and instructor of Mommy & Me music classes and Music Therapist for the Manhattan Beach Early Intervention Program. In addition, Daryl worked as an Interventionist for children with Autism in school and in-home settings, as well as a Music Therapist for an Arts Center for Adults with Developmental Disabilities.
