Andrea C Miramontes received her bachelor's degree in Child Development with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Chico. She has several years of experience working with children in multiple settings. During her studies as an undergrad Andrea volunteered her time at Mariposa Children's Center Head Start, CSU Chico's Child Development Center, and The Anna Bing Arnold Children's Center at CSULA. Prior to joining PCDA Andrea spent two years as a nanny. She continues to expand her knowledge with PCDA through Floortime while working with children in the Building Blocks, Social Skills, and SEDI programs.
Andrea considers her experience with children a true blessing and values the innocence that children bring to life. Andrea plans to return to school for a master's degree. In her spare time Andrea enjoys Dodger games, visiting her family in Northern California, watching "Friends" with her BFF Nancy, and spending time with her boyfriend Jacinto and their dog Tiny.
