Mandy received her bachelor's degree in English: Writing at Azusa Pacific University. She has ten years of experience working with children from infant to high school age. Her responsibilities included working as a nanny, tutoring, coaching at the high school level as well as working with children with disabilities. In Summer 2007, Mandy worked in Ukraine with children at a CP center as well as at an orphanage designed for disabled children.
