Pasadena Child Development Associates, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose focus is on child development serving children from birth to 12 years of age, and families, when there is any concern regarding development or behavior. This comprehensive group of child specialists provides evaluation, consultation and intervention services, as a multi-disciplinary team, under the direction of Diane Cullinane, M.D., developmental pediatrician and Mimi Winer, R.N., M.S., clinical nurse specialist in child development and parenting.
The multi-disciplinary team includes a developmental pediatrician, child development/parenting clinical nurse specialists, marriage and family therapists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, child development specialists, behavior specialists, dietitians, developmental interventionists, music therapists and parents of children with special needs.

| William J. Cullinane | Bill is Vice-President of Gourmet Fresh Pasta, President of the St. Vincent de Paul Society at Holy Family Catholic Church of South Pasadena and is an active member in other community organizations. |
| Colleen Ferguson | Colleen is Corporate Director, Employee Communications at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Colleen brings expertise in communication and community relations as well as experience from her past positions working in non-profit organizations such as The Salvation Army. |
| Normand F. Leduc | Norm is Regional Vice President of the National Bank of California, San Gabriel Valley regional office. He is actively involved with various non-profit organizations and serves on the Board of Directors for the Glendale Chamber of Commerce. |
| Alan Vlacich | Alan is an Insurance Agent with Shaw-Moses-Mendenhall and Associates, and is an active member of the South Pasadena Kiwanis Club and other community organizations. |
